eSubmission services of MWSDB is designed to facilitate the bidder to submit their bids through MWSDB website. Proposed alternative for submission of bid through internet (eSubmission) is expected to increase transparency, non-discrimination, equality of access and a healthy open competition among bidders. This service provides easier access to tender information of MWSDB through internet which updates the information of announcing tenders, awarded contracts and other details regarding the outcome of bid evaluation results.
A Bidder who wishes to submit the bid electronically may obtain the Bid Document directly from the employer’s office or download from MWSDB website -https://melamchiwater.org. The following sections of eSubmission services provides the details about the tendering activities.
Registration - For the purpose of eSubmission of bid, an interested bidder has to register as a Bidder trough MWSDB website providing all information as requested. Once a successful profile is created in the eSubmission system, the Bidder will receive a welcome letter from eSubmission services through email. This letter also includes the login information for the Bidder to get access to detailed description of eSubmission services, Bid announcement and status of Bids in wider ranges.
Access to eSubmission Services - It shall be applicable to only those bids in which the bidders are allowed to submit their bids electronically. eSubmission and opening shall be as specified in the bid documents. The system will not allow the bidders to bid the tender after the bid submission time/deadline is expired.
Details of Tenders - All live tenders with the facility of eSubmission services will be listed on Tenders section of this website according to their closing date and other details.
Details of Awarded Contracts - This page also enlist all the awarded contracts with contractor's name, date of award and the total contract amount to let all Bidders as a result of their Bidding application after assigning the contract to respective Bidder.
